Two miles this time, about fifteen minutes each. Alternated walking and jogging with an incline every half mile.

I was finally able to insert and remove a menstrual cup, but only while doing an awkward shower squat. During the several minutes it took for me to get it out I started to worry I might be the next “foreign object stuck in vagina” case at my hospital’s emergency department.
